The hotel was in a great and convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and many popular attractions. The employees were friendly and helpful, suggesting fantastic restaurants and printing tickets for us for free. The breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety of food to choose from.

The rooms were a bit small and the bathroom could use a little more space. the hotel lacked cleanliness and we found some issues with worn out towels and not enough cleanliness in the public areas.

The hotel had some serious old world charm going on! The cafe breakfast was exceptional, mind-blowingly delicious! The guy on the front desk during the night was super friendly and helpful, as well as the lady on the bar during the breakfast. The location of the hotel is jaw-droppingly great, just a few minutes away from a famous landmark. Plus, they offered free ticket printing, which was a real lifesaver. The hotel had all the amenities I needed - internet access, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, a cozy bar/lounge area, laundry facilities, and a trusty flat-screen TV. The fact that they had a lift was really convenient, and the strict no-pets policy was a huge relief for my allergies. The icing on the cake was the impeccable air conditioning system and the no smoking policy on site. my stay was absolutely fantastic!
